I know the pain and restriction of living without access to my voice and the ecstatic joy of reclaiming it. Squelching my feelings started early in life and as an adult it often showed up as physical symptoms like pain, anxiety and losing my voice for weeks at a time. My journey of unmuting my voice involved coming home to my body, embracing emotion, and loving all my parts.
My vision extends beyond individual empowerment. I envision a life-affirming world brought into being through the collective strength of women who boldly claim the true expression of their voices. I believe that every woman has a unique and valuable perspective to share, and by fostering their ability to communicate with authenticity and power, we contribute to a more vibrant and inclusive world.
